Onze robuuste professionele brandslang wasmachine wast allerlei diameters brandslangen van vanaf 25 mm tot en met een maximale diameter van 110 mm.

Twee kegelvormige waterstralen aan de binnenzijde van de machine wassen de slangen grondig en bewegen de slang automatisch voorwaarts door de machine.

Het doel van de slangwasmachine is gebruikte brandslangen in schoon en in goede conditie te houden door deze te wassen na intensief gebruik (modder / zand / steentjes / as / andere verontreiniging).
Regelmatig reinigen van uw brandslangen verlengt de levensduur van de slangen aanzienlijk.

De slangwasser staat op poten die zorgen voor goede stabiliteit, hierdoor is extra bevestiging / fixatie niet nodig.
Het apparaat heeft een markering met de richting waarop de slang zich door het apparaat beweegt.

Vorige constructies van slangwasmachines maken het reinigen van brandslangen waren beperkt tot een maximale diameter van 75 mm, deze versie kan slangen tot en met 110 mm (4 1/3") reinigen.

De slangwasmachine is vervaardigd uit aluminium onderdelen, hierdoor is de machine lichtgewicht en is voorzien van een draagbeugel om gemakkelijk te verplaatsen.

De slangwasmachine wordt op een reguliere persslang aangesloten met Storz NOK 66.
Wij kunnen de slangwasmachine ook aanpassen naar Storz met andere nokafstand ( NOK 44 / NOK 52 / NOK 81 / NOK 89)
Tevens is het mogelijk de machine te voorzien van DSP 40 / DSP 70 of Guillemin of aansluitstuk naar keuze.

The hose washer is mainly used in fire protection units and used by these units to keep the fire hoses clean.
The hose washer has legs that allow it to be placed on the ground and ensure stableoperation without additional fixing.
The device is permanently marked with the direction of the hose movement.

Previous constructions of hose washers enable the cleaning of fire hoses up to the nominal size of 3" - 75 mm.
The essence of the MW-110 hose washer is to adapt its construction for washing fire hoses up to a nominal size of 110mm.
The use of a larger nominal diameter allows the cleaning of hoses with different diameters.
The construction of  the washer is based on aluminum components.
The device is therefore lightweight, which facilitates its transfer by means of a built-in handle.
 

The hose washer is fixed on a regular pressure hose with Storz LUG / KA 66. We can also adjust the hose washer to Storz with a different cam distance (LUG 44 / 52 / 81 / 89).
It is also possible to equip the machine with DSP 40 / DSP 70, Guillemin adapter or an adapter of your choice.
